This Privacy Policy applies to the upcoming mobile game (hereinafter referred to as "the Product") developed and operated by Realm Fox Labs Inc (hereinafter referred to as "the Developer"). As a casual game company, the Developer is committed to providing users with high-quality gaming experiences while strictly protecting the security and privacy of your personal information. This Privacy Policy is intended to clearly inform you of how we will collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use the Product (after its official launch), as well as your rights and choices regarding your personal information. Sensitive permissions relate to information that could compromise your privacy if mishandled. We will only ask for these permissions when you use specific in-game features, and we will clearly inform you of the purpose before collecting any data:

  • Location Access: Required for location-aware features like regional rankings or location-based challenges. We will ask for your permission to collect either precise GPS coordinates (if you enable it) or approximate location via network data (e.g., IP address). Data is only collected when you actively use these features, and only from users who agree to grant the permission.

  • Camera Access: Needed for features such as customizing avatars with photos or scanning QR codes for rewards/login. We only collect images you intentionally capture during feature use, limited to users who consent to the permission.

  • Microphone Access: Used for voice-related functions like in-game voice chat or voice commands. We only gather voice data you actively input while using these features, and only from users who approve the permission.

  • Contacts Access: Required if you want to invite contacts to play or match with friends from your address book. We only collect names and contact details of contacts you choose to share, and only from users who grant the permission.

  • Storage Access: Needed to save screenshots, game progress, or upload custom files (e.g., custom backgrounds). We only collect files you intentionally save or upload, restricted to users who consent to the permission.

1.2 Basic Permissions & Collected Data

Basic permissions are necessary to ensure the Games run smoothly and provide core services. These permissions are typically enabled by default when you install the Games, and the collected data is used solely to enhance your gaming experience:

  • Device Information: Automatically collected upon installation, including device model, OS version, unique identifiers (e.g., IMEI, Android ID, iOS UDID), brand, screen resolution, and network type (Wi-Fi/4G/5G). This data helps us ensure compatibility, optimize performance, and fix technical glitches.

  • App Running Status: We may access the running status of other apps on your device to prevent conflicts and ensure the Games operate stably.

  • Gaming Activity Data: Includes login/logout times, progress, scores, unlocked levels, purchased items, and interaction history with game features. This data is used to save your game state, provide uninterrupted service, and refine game content.

1.3 Sharing & Selling of Collected Information

We never sell your personal information to third parties for commercial gain. We may share your data with third parties only in the following limited scenarios, and we strictly require all third parties to adhere to this Policy and data protection laws:

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We share minimal necessary data with providers of technical services (e.g., AWS for cloud storage, payment processors, customer support platforms). For example, we share only payment-related details with payment providers to complete transactions.

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or government authority to comply with legal obligations.

  • Protection of Rights: We may share data to protect our legitimate rights, your safety, or the safety of other users (e.g., preventing fraud or addressing in-game violations).

1.4 Data Storage Location

All collected information is uploaded to and stored on cloud servers hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States. AWS maintains industry-leading security protocols to protect stored data from unauthorized access.

2. How We Secure Your Information

We implement a multi-layered security framework to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction:

  • Technical Safeguards: Sensitive data is transmitted using encryption (e.g., SSL). We use access control systems to limit data access to authorized personnel only, and regularly update security systems to patch vulnerabilities.

  • Administrative Measures: We have established strict data security policies, clarified staff responsibilities, and provide regular privacy training to employees. We also conduct periodic security audits to ensure compliance.

  • Emergency Protocols: We have developed a data breach response plan. In the event of a security incident, we will immediately activate the plan, take corrective actions, and notify you and relevant authorities as required by law.

3. Data Retention & Deletion Rules

3.1 Retention Periods

  • Account & Gaming Data: Retained for 2 years after you log out of your account. If you do not log out, data is retained for 5 years after your last game use.

  • Sensitive Data: Collected via sensitive permissions is deleted immediately after the related feature is used, unless you choose to save it (in which case it follows the account retention period).

  • Legal Retention: Data required by law (e.g., payment records) is retained for the period specified by applicable regulations.

3.2 Deletion Methods

You have full control over deleting your personal information through the following channels:

  • In-Game Deletion: For specific data (e.g., saved screenshots, custom avatars), use the "Settings" menu to find the relevant module and delete data directly.

  • Account Cancellation: Submit an account cancellation request via "Account Settings" in the Games. After verifying your identity, we will delete all account-related data (except legally required records) within 30 business days.

  • Direct Request: Contact us using the details below to request deletion of other data. We will process your request after identity verification.

Once deleted, data cannot be recovered unless retained for legal purposes or dispute resolution.

When using our Games, you are entitled to the following rights regarding your personal information:

We use Cookies and similar tracking tools (e.g., web beacons) to enhance your gaming experience. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us recognize your device, remember preferences, and improve service quality.

We use Cookies for the following purposes:

  • Maintain your login state to avoid repeated login requests.

  • Save your gaming preferences (e.g., language, volume) for personalized service.

  • Analyze usage data (user count, playtime, feature usage) to optimize the Games and improve quality.
